This website does not collect data on its own

This is an informational website. It has no forms, no user registration and no newsletter sign-up. Browsing it does not require you to provide any personal data.

We use no analytics or advertising tools, we do not build profiles and we make no automated decisions about visitors.

What data we process, and when

We only process personal data when you contact us voluntarily via WhatsApp, telephone or email. In that case, the data is only what you choose to give us: usually your name or nickname, your phone number or email address, and the content of your message.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use that data to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange your visit to the venue. The legal basis is your consent, given when you write or call us (article 6.1.a GDPR), and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request where relevant (article 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and thereafter for the periods required by applicable law. If you ask us to delete the conversation, we delete it.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties and we make no international transfers, except where legally required.

Please note that if you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place within that platform, owned by Meta, which applies its own privacy policy. The same applies to your email provider.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and you may withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

To exercise them, write to amagatall@live.com or to our postal address, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

The website and the venue are restricted to persons over 18. We do not knowingly process data relating to minors.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect the information you give us and to prevent its loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy if the applicable rules or the way the site works change. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
